A Forenote on Prices
All prices are subject to change without prior notice. We also reserve the right to correct typographical errors. We will try to absorb cost increases from our suppliers, but if the increase is too much, we will notify you and ask for permission to ship at the new price.
On Prices
The prices (in Philippine Pesos) that you see in this site are Store Pick-Up Cash Prices. If you go to any of our branches, these are the prices that you will see on our price tags.
There are no add-ons, no commissions, these prices (in PHP) accurately reflect the appliance prices in downtown Cebu City.
The prices (in US Dollars); however, includes the fees we pay to process online payments.
These additional fees consist of: processing charges, service charges & remittance charges - Yes, we pay extra for your payment to be remitted to us.
Contrary to popular belief, appliance dealers (in Cebu) have one of the lowest if not the lowest profit margin in business sector. It is impossible for us to absorb additional charges incurred when processing online payments; that is why our prices (in USD) are higher than our prices (in PHP).
Please note that in the Philippines it is legal to separate cash & card prices. In Cebu, appliance dealers were awarded the right to separate cash & card prices. This has also been exercised by other businesses with low profit margins.
Discounts are possible if payment is not via credit, debit cards & online checks. Discounts may be negotiated via email.

On How to Pay
We accept payment by bank to bank fund / wire transfer, credit cards, debit cards,
direct deposit, check, money order & online checks.
We can also accept NoChex & Paypal (through Auctionpix).
On Paypal - we do have our own Paypal account, but we prefer not to receive Paypal payments since it is very difficult for us to use Paypal - we dare not login to our Paypal account because we are in the Philippines, which isn't on Paypal's approved countries list. Logging in from the Philippines is legal ground for Paypal to limit an account.
On Sending Payments
On sending payments by ACH fund transfers, bank-to-bank fund or wire transfers, checks, direct deposits, money orders, money remittance services - any payment which isn't by credit card, debit cards & online checks - please understand that customers have to pay all pertinent issuing & sending fees. These fees may include the following:
bank issuing fee for cashier's or manager's checks
bank sending fee for deposits, fund or wire transfers
check (registered) mailing fee or courier fee
money order issuing & sending fee
money remittance issuing & sending fee
These are additional fees cannot be subtracted from the invoice cost which consist of the unit cost & delivery fee.
For example, a customer purchases an item for 1000 pesos & decides to pay by depositing the payment into our bank account. He finds out that his bank charges 100 pesos + 10 pesos (VAT) for interbranch deposits & decides to subtract that 110 pesos & deposit only 890 pesos --- we cannot accept this payment & we may be obliged to return it minus the cost of returning the payment.
The amount on the check or money order, the amount transfered, deposited or wired has to cover the exact invoice amount (unit cost minus any applicable discount plus delivery cost). We will always state the amount to be sent before asking you to send payment.
On Delivery
We will always ask for more detailed delivery instructions which includes whom to look for, who will receive your order and when is the best time of the day to deliver your order.
We prefer that there is someone (the buyer or someone the buyer trusts) to receive the order. We cannot leave orders on the doorstep.
On Payment by Credit Cards, Debit Cards & Online Checks
Online payment facility is provided by Xoom.com which may appear on your credit card billing in lieu of Cebu Appliance Center. |
