Please use the shipping cost table further below as a guide for flat rate - per order (not per item) - delivery charges within the province of Cebu. For other areas, please contact us first before ordering.

Returns --- All our units are brand new and with warranty. We test and inspect all units before delivery so that there is practically no chance that you will receive a defective unit from us.

In the rare situation that the unit delivered is defective & no replacement unit available, only the unit cost can be refunded.

For customers who want sealed units to be delivered, please contact us before ordering. We cannot deliver sealed (untested) units but you can request a picture of the sealed unit before we open, test & deliver it. This procedure is required to limit delivery trips. Our delivery charges are so low we cannot afford more than one delivery trip per order.

Warranties - Depending on the brand, there may or may not be a service center in your area. There are service centers in Cebu City. We will assist customers in contacting the service centers, but delivery of a defective unit to and from the service center is for the account of the customer.
